AGB Munich Knits

• Tickets for the wool market and the workshops of the Munich Knits Festival are only sold in digital form.

• The ticket price is due immediately with Paypal. Other payment options are available with our partner Eventim.

• After payment, an email will be sent with the ticket confirmation and invoice. This attachment must be brought to the event for admission. If several tickets are purchased on one invoice, the first person to present the invoice will receive all the admission wristbands for the event on the receipt and is responsible for passing them on to the other participants.

• Tickets can be purchased online until 2 days before the event. This gives you quicker access at the day of event. Later only box office tickets can be purchased.

• There will be tickets available at the event itself, provided the event is not sold out.

• There is no return option for digital products or bought tickets. Tickets bought for a set date are not eligible for return or cancellation according to German law BGB §312g. Tickets are not transferable without consent of the organizer.

• If the event cannot be held at the time and date planned, then the tickets are transferred to the replacement time and date the organizer will announce asap.

• During the event, photos or short videos may be taken for further marketing of the event. By participating in the event, you have given your consent to this. You can revoke this at any time.
